The Copenhagen 12-Inch frypan from GreenPan is healthy and provides great performance. This grey aluminum induction pan is commercial quality, and may be used on gas, solid hob, ceramic, halogen, and induction stoves. Using Thermolon non stick mineral coating our pans are produced without any PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid), PTFE (polytetraflourethylene), or silicone oil. In this way, there is no danger that these chemicals will come into the environment and harm the health of human beings.
